【assay】It contains 1,3-bis(4-nitrophenyl)urea not less than 67.4 percent and more than 73.0 percent；the 2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethylpyrimidine is not less than 27.7percent and more than 30.0 percent, calculated on the dried basis.

【acidity】pH is between 5.0 and 7.0

【characteristics】It is a yellow or yellow-green powder; odorless, a little peculiar smell. Slightly soluble in DMF, insoluble in water, ethanol, ethyl acetate, chloroform, ethyl ether and dilute sulfuric acid.

【mechanism of action】Anti-coccidiosis agent; It mainly controls vegetative breed of schizont in the second sexual cycle of coccidiosis oocysts, its peak value of action is in the fourth day after infection. It is less efficient than the pharmaceuticals of sulfanilamide in the other reproducing period of coccidiosis.
